All of my in person classes are conducted at Fit Farm Original in Davie, Florida. When you arrive at Fit Farm Original in Davie, the first thing you notice is the animals. There are cows, goats, horses, sheep, chickens, tortoises and a pig. While a farm may not be the typical venue for yoga and fitness, one can’t help but feel the vibes that come from standing in the middle of all of this nature. I hold class  on the following days/times:

• Monday - 5:30p Yoga Fusion Flow

• Wednesday - 6:00p Yoga Fusion Flow
